Context of the Position
As part of our strategic international expansion, JD Logistics is establishing its core infrastructure within the Italian market, driven by the launch of our small-goods fulfillment operations. This is a critical greenfield deployment phase,
which requires our founding leadership team to manage high operational fluidity, establish local processes from the ground up, and translate centralized global capabilities into localized execution.
This position is designed for an energetic, frontline operational leader who thrives on the warehouse floor. The role demands an execution-focused supervisor who can manage large teams of picking and packing operators, drive real-time productivity targets, and maintain flawless safety standards during high-volume shift windows.
The Mission & Core Scope
- The Mission: Lead, motivate, and direct the daily outbound shift operations (picking, packing, wall-sorting, and staging) to ensure all customer orders are processed and ready for courier injection with maximum speed and accuracy.
- The Scope: You will take direct, hands-on floor responsibility for an outbound zone and its personnel, tracking hourly picking/packing throughput, resolving physical flow bottleneck
