As part of the European Commercial IT team, you will be responsible for analyzing and formalizing business requirements, designing solutions, and managing the implementation of primarily, but not limited to, Salesforce-based systems. He/She will work closely with business partners based in Italy & Spain, as well as Global and Regional IT teams, and report to the Senior Regional Technology Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce, managing data, building reports and dashboards, providing technical support and assistance to end-users, managing users and security, and troubleshooting technical issues. The candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical aptitude,
