Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.The Senior Payroll Specialist is the senior subject‑matter expert and operational lead for payroll across assigned regions, ensuring exceptional accuracy, compliance, risk management, and stakeholder confidence. The Senior Payroll Specialist provides expert guidance on complex payroll matters, drives harmonization and continuous improvement,
and plays a critical role in shaping regional payroll strategy, controls, and capability.This position reports to Payroll Manager- EMEA and is part of the Corporate organization. Candidates that currently sit on-site or remotely will maintain their current location.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Provide senior‑level ownership for complex, high‑risk, or multi‑country payrolls across EMEA and act as the recognized expert for payroll calculations, statutory interpretation, and regulatory changes Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness. Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local payroll regulations. Manage off-cycle payments, adjustments, and final pay calculations. Prepare and submit required filings and reports.Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing. Escalate and resolve payroll discrepancies. Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities. Interpret p
