OverviewThe opportunityWe are looking for an Agile Project Manager to join our Product and Digital Transformation practice, supporting Digital and CRM initiatives for the Italian market.This role is suited to someone with experience in Digital delivery and/or CRM operations who is comfortable working with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will help coordinate initiatives, improve ways of working and provide practical advisory support on evolving Digital business priorities, CRM and customer engagement.Your roleAs PM, you will contribute to the successful delivery of Digital and CRM initiatives, helping client and delivery teams maintain clear priorities, effective coordination and consistent progress.Support digital and CRM deliverySupport the coordination and delivery of CRM and Digital initiatives.Coordinate delivery teams to ensure agreed milestones and quality standards are met.Help ensure activities remain aligned with client priorities and expected outcomes.Coor
