Internship HR Business Partener
You will join the Human Resources team, supporting the HR Business Partner Manager, in managing the whole employee life cycle of different functions at global level.
You will collaborate with your tutor in supporting the Line to facilitate people life cycle management; Involvement in all HR key processes (Salary Review, Budget, Workforce planning, Training Management, Performance Management, Organizational management);
· Involvement in full life cycle recruitment;
· Development/international mobility career path – training plans;
· Support in data driven analysis of the various HR specific topics.
Master’s degree in economics/law/philosophy. xrdbqlu Post-Graduate Master in HR management is a plus;
· Fluency in English and good communication skills.
