Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a Junior Business Development to support our projects in Milan
You will be responsible for:
- Increase sales by proactively seeking new customers
- Conducting business negotiations with customers
- Preparation of commercial offers
- Preparation and approval of contracts
- Acceptance orders
- Prompt resolution of all emerging issues with customers
- Maintaining reporting documentation
- Managing Internal CRM tools
About you:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance or related to Business Development or Life Science field (e.g., Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology)
- Experience in similar roles in the Pharmaceutical Environment/Consultancy Services will be a plus
- Availability to travel
- Business Development mentality:
Highly motivated, open-minded, organized mindset, enthusiastic, result oriented and a team player, able to work under pressure and stay resilient
- Fluent in English
What we offer:
Fixed term contract under the CCNL Commercio
Gross annual salary of: €23,500+commission premio
Travel allowance for client visits, including same-day trips
Meal vouchers
Expenses for client visits will be fully reimbursed

Next Steps
Upon receiving your application, if a match is found, the Recruiting department will contact you for an initial HR interview. If there's a positive match, you will be invited to a second video interview. If successful, the final stage will involve a Technical Call in our Milan office with our Senior Business Developer.
