In this role, you will lead full life cycle recruiting for assigned business groups while helping execute our broader TA strategy - crafting effective recruitment approaches and process improvements along the way.

talent databases, industry events, and targeted outreach campaigns Partner with third-party search firms as needed to ensure timely, quality hires Work with the talent brand team to craft market-appropriate, culturally sensitive strategies that attract the right talent at the right time Deliver great candidate and hiring team experiences by using data to optimise process and approach Partner closely with HRBPs, HR Centres of Excellence, and business leadership to assess talent needs and translate workforce planning insights into action Provide hiring data, metrics, and visualisation analytics that support smarter Talent Acquisition decisions Stay current on government regulations, employment and privacy law, engaging with Company Counsel as needed This role requires: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, plus 7+ years of experience in Recruiting / Talent Acquisition Fluency in E
