As the primary liaison for distinguished guests, you will anticipate needs, exceed expectations, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality, presentation, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist high-profile guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency upon arrival and departure.
- Provide bespoke, discreet service that aligns with each guest’s unique preferences and requirements.
- Manage guest comfort, including assistance with luggage, seating,
and personal arrangements.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all premium services, amenities, and terminal offerings to provide accurate and insightful guidance.
- Safeguard guest privacy and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, housekeeping, guest relations) to ensure a flawless and cohesive experience.
- Prepare and present food and beverages with elegance and precision, adhering to luxury service standards.
- Ensure impeccable quality, hygiene, and presentation in all dining offerings.
- Master the menu, including detailed descriptions, ingredients, and pairing suggestions, to guide guest selections.
- Set up, maintain, and clean dining stations, ensuring they are fully stocked and visually appealing.
