The Experience
Based in Milan, this is a Specialist Account Executive role. Slack, part of Salesforce, is the system of engagement for the Agentic Enterprise — the layer where employees, AI agents, and enterprise data meet to get work done. In this role,
you’ll run a high-velocity book of accounts, combining fast discovery conversations with a disciplined sales process to drive new and expanding Slack business, while partnering closely with Salesforce Core Account Executives to unlock opportunities across your territory.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline generation through negotiation and close — across a high volume of parallel, shorter-cycle deals.
- Build relationships with business and departmental leaders, positioning Slack’s AI capabilities (including Enterprise Search, an AI-powered search tool, and Slackbot, Slack’s AI assistant) as the solution to their challenges.
- Partner with Salesforce Core Account Executives and Solution Engineers to co-sell, demo, and tailor solutions across your territory.
- Develop ROI-driven business cases that ground Slack AI recommendations in measurable productivity and cost outcom
