POSITION OVERVIEWAre you a senior digital marketing professional with a strong commercial mindset and the analytical skills to turn data into business decisions? Bluserena is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate digital growth, strengthen commercial performance and shape high-impact business and marketing initiatives across the Group. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communication, you will play a key role in defining digital marketing priorities and translating customer, market and performance insights into strategies that drive acquisition, conversion, direct revenue, retention and loyalty. This role is designed for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, challenges assumptions through data and works closely with commercial teams to identify opportunities, set priorities and deliver measurable growth.
