Job DescriptionDigital and CRM Business EnablementThe opportunityWe are looking for an Project Manager to join our Product and Digital Transformation practice, supporting the coordination and evolution of Digital and CRM initiatives across brands, markets and functional teams.
The role combines client advisory, stakeholder coordination, Digital delivery and continuous improvement. You will help connect central and brand perspectives with local business priorities and activation strategies, enabling markets and teams to translate these priorities into effective Digital and CRM initiatives.
Your roleYou will take ownership of Digital and CRM initiatives,
providing practical advice to clients and connecting business priorities with delivery activities.
Connect business priorities and delivery
- Coordinate Digital and CRM initiatives across brands, markets and functional teams.
- Connect central and brand perspectives with local business priorities and activation strategies.
- Translate business and market needs into clear and actionable initiatives.
- Help client and delivery teams align around priorities, expected outcomes and business value.
Provide client advisory and stakeholder coordination
- Build effective relationships with client stakeholders across CRM, Web, Marketing, Digital, Operations, Product and Technology.
- Provide practical advice on Digital business priorities, operating models and delivery approaches.
- Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions and decision‑making discussions.
- Communicate clearly with both senior and operational stakeholders on the client side.
