Join the ByteDance LLM team and help improve the next generation of AI models by evaluating AI-generated content. Position AI Customer Service Specialist (Italian & English) Responsibilities Review and evaluate AI-generated content. Support the development and improvement of Large Language Models (LLMs). Analyse text, datasets, and AI responses. Follow detailed guidelines to ensure quality and accuracy. Help improve the performance and safety of AI systems. Requirements Native-level Italian . Good command of English (B2 or above) . Strong understanding of Generative AI , Large Language Models (LLMs) , and AI annotation/evaluation platforms. Previous experience in AI Data Annotation, LLM Evaluation, RLHF, Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), Quality Assurance, Content Labeling, Trust & Safety , or similar analytical roles is highly desirable. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong written communication and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
