Overview As Global E-Commerce Manager for the De’Longhi brand, you own the worldwide D2C strategy and online experience across markets. You lead a cross-functional team to optimize site functionality, CX, and local execution while driving growth through innovative digital features and premium commerce experiences. You’ll align e-commerce planning with finance, marketing, and IT to deliver measurable impacts on sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Responsabilità
- Manage the D2C P&L; and budgeting, including resource allocation, forecasting, and promotional spend with cross-functional partners.
- Lead global D2C operations (site functionality, content, CX) and enable local strategies to maximize conversions.
- Identify, test,
and integrate new D2C technologies and features across brand websites to drive innovation and growth.
- Define and execute the international e-commerce expansion roadmap and continuous feature improvements.
- Maintain a pipeline of priority website features and integrations (e.g., personalization, subscriptions, new payment methods) for central deployment.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless integration between the D2C platform, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Ensure tax, credit, and compliance alignment with Finance and Legal across markets.
- Optimize D2C customer service and logistics for a premium post-purchase experience.
- Monitor D2C KPIs, derive growth levers, and present actionable insights to stakeholders (Business Reviews).
- Provide insights on e-commerce trends and user behavior to Retail Accounts and Product Development to support innovation.
