The Opportunity
We are seeking a technically capable, commercially driven sales professional to grow Tiger Vac's direct business across Europe. This is a hands-on field role combining direct business development, distributor support, technical product demonstrations, and customer site visits. The successful candidate will be comfortable opening new accounts, helping channel partners move opportunities to close,
and representing Tiger-Vac in industrial environments where product knowledge and practical problem-solving matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new direct business by identifying, prospecting, qualifying, and converting end-user opportunities across Europe.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, maintaining disciplined follow-up from initial contact through quotation and close.
- Plan and conduct professional product demonstrations at customer facilities, trade-show events, and other field settings.
- Understand customer applications and translate technical requirements into appropriate Tiger-Vac solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams on quotations, technical questions, lead times, special requirements, and order follow-through.
- Develop strong relationships with end users, becoming a trusted technical and commercial resource.
