Achieve sales, margin, market share, and growth targets. Manage and develop relationships with OEMs, distributors, agents, and key end-users. Identify new market opportunities, applications, industries, and customer segments. Ensure compliance with defined sales processes and company policies.Collaborate closely with Service, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and
Administration. Support continuous improvement initiatives, tools, and process optimization projects.
Contribute to demand planning and forecast accuracy.Negotiate commercial agreements and manage pricing within delegated authority. Support distributors with sales development plans and business reviews. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast. Support exhibitions, open houses, customer events, webinars, and trade shows.Promote new products, solutions, and strategic initiatives. ProfiloExperienced B2B sales professional with a strong background in industrial and technical markets and a deep understanding of the Emilia-Romagna territory.Proven ability to develop business, manage relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end customers, and identify new growth opportunities. Strong commercial and negotiation skills, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
