Job Description
We're looking for a graphic designer who wants to specialize in presentation design and grow into a client-facing training role.
If you have a background in graphic design and you understand layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy, and you're excited about applying those skills to business presentations, this role is for you. At MLC, our trainers don't lecture from a script: they redesign real client slides live, in front of an audience. That requires a designer's eye and a designer's hands first,
and the communication skills to explain the thinking behind every choice.
You’ll join a team that works with leading global brands across food, pharma, luxury, and financial services. You’ll learn our Lean Presentation Design methodology and apply your design skills to transform how these organizations communicate visually. Over time, you’ll develop into a confident trainer who can lead workshops and represent MLC in corporate and public settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Progressively take on training delivery, starting with co-facilitation alongside senior trainers and growing into independent session leadership
- Deliver workshops, both online and in person, with a strong emphasis on live slide redesign and practical demonstration
- Adapt exercises and examples to the audience's industry, role, and skill level
- Use your design authority to give participants credible, specific, precise visual feedback on their slides
