We're looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a tempo parziale, 12-month fixed-term basis. This role is critical in ensuring our customers receive a reliable, seamless service experience from order placement through to delivery.
As the key link between customers, Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics teams, you'll manage the end-to-end order process, proactively resolve issues and ensure customer requirements are met. You'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on customer satisfaction, service performance and operational efficiency while developing your expertise across customer operations and supply chain processes.
Manage customer orders accurately from receipt through to delivery, ensuring customer-specific requirements are met.
Coordinate product availability, transportation bookings and delivery schedules to achieve on-time and in-full delivery performance.
Monitor and proactively manage backorders
