Our High-Voltage Power (HVP) business unit is at the forefront of the industry's transition to next-generation energy systems, developing advanced isolated gate drivers, Solid-State Transformer (SST) controllers, and power conversion ICs that enable 800VDC AI Data Centers and Electric Vehicles (EV).As the Manager, Test Engineering in Milan, you will lead a high-performing team of Test Development engineers and Product Validation Engineers. You will sit at the heart of our product release cycle, owning the test strategy, execution,
and silicon validation from initial design stages to high-volume production release. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Engineering, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and manufacturability of our high-voltage semiconductor portfolio.What You Will DoTeam Leadership & Mentoring: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented Test Development and Product Engineers.
