Overview
In this newly created executive role, you will drive growth and transformation for the EMEA South region as deputy to the SVP. You’ll engage with customers at the C-suite, lead regional performance, and partner with GTM functions to land strategic initiatives. You will shape planning, demand generation, and pipeline while ensuring adoption and revenue outcomes. This role is Paris or Rome-based, offering high-impact leadership across multiple countries and a focus on delivering customer value.

Responsabilità
- Act as deputy to the SVP of EMEA South and represent regional leadership in customer meetings, executive briefings, internal reviews, and strategic engagements
- Drive business performance across EMEA South and ensure accountability for targets alongside the SVP
- Oversee South strategic planning, demand generation, pipeline excellence, and customer adoption by guiding the extended South leadership team
- Represent the EMEA COO office in South region and execute Pan EMEA initiatives and decisions




- Build and sustain senior relationships with customer executives across the region, demonstrating ServiceNow’s value at the top levels
- Engage on strategic pursuits at executive level, providing sponsorship and customer presence while collaborating with the Strategic Pursuit Lead on deals
- Champion talent development across the region, growing future leaders with country managers
- Represent EMEA South in EMEA-wide and global leadership forums and share best practices

Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven track record in enterprise software sales or sales leadership with success in complex, multi-stakeholder deals and GTM coordination and execution
- Strong customer-facing experience at the C-suite with credibility to represent ServiceNow at the highest levels
- Comfortable acting as a senior delegate and decision-maker in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong people leadership and ability to build high-performing teams
