Support the commercial implementation of DKV Mobility's eMobility strategy in Italy, with a strong focus on @home, @work and depot charging solutions.
Conduct customer needs analyses together with Sales and translate requirements into suitable technical and commercial solution concepts.
Act as the main technical point of contact for Sales colleagues, customers and partners in the Italian market and provide support for tenders, proposals and on-site appointments.
Advise customers on charging infrastructure and DKV eMobility services, including backend integration, DKV Cockpit, DKV Managed Charging, DKV Home Charging, DKV Smart Charging,
DKV Maintenance and DKV
Coordinate sales-relevant sub-projects and implementation handovers in close collaboration with Product Management, Fulfillment, Charge Point Services, service teams and external partners, while monitoring larger customer projects and removing technical or process-related blockers.
Gather market, customer and competitor insights in Italy and feed them back into product development, go-to-market activities and commercial steering; represent DKV Mobility at customer meetings, trade fairs, partner events and industry congresses.
