Job purpose: The CST HR & Payroll Transformation role is crucial for supporting WFP's strategic One Payroll Programme, a multi-year initiative to modernize and harmonize global payroll operations. This position will provide essential operational payroll support while actively contributing to the transformation's success. The incumbent will assist in business analysis, requirements gathering, process design, and system testing for new payroll solutions. Responsibilities include ensuring system readiness, facilitating business process harmonization,
and supporting cutover and go-live activities. Additionally, the role involves providing functional support for existing HR and payroll systems, resolving user inquiries, and monitoring system performance to maintain business continuity during this critical transformation period.
