As Barman , you a re passionate about mixology, have a keen eye for detail, and love creating signature cocktails.
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing and serve a wide range of beverages with flair and precision.
- Creating innovative and unique cocktails tailored to guest preferences.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a welcoming ambiance.
- Providing exceptional customer service, engaging with guests and anticipating their needs.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to offer perfect food and drink pairings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender, showcasing your mixology skills.
- Extensive knowledge of different types of spirits, wines, and cocktails.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to identify improvement actions aimed at increasing quality.
- Knowledge of local context.

Our compensation policies are based on the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tourism Industry , which provides for 14 salary payments per year .
