What you will be doing:
The HR Manager will be responsible for delivering the full scope of activities typically associated with the business partner role, acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
The position will cover the entire employee lifecycle (“hire-to-retire”). The HR Manager will also provide expert advice and coaching to management on people-related decisions, and change management initiatives. In addition, the role will oversee Labor Relations at both territorial and national levels, ensuring effective management of relationships with employee representatives and trade unions, as well as compliance with local labor laws and company policies. The HR Manager will play a key role in negotiations, dispute resolution, and the implementation of national and local labor agreements.
