We are looking an Analog Design Manager that will be responsible of analog and architecture team in Pavia. His role will be:
-
- Drive the projects,
from architecture study to physical implementation, linked to PHYs for microcontroller applications
- From system point of view the team has to look at different standard required for various applications and provide final specifications for design team
- Drive the team in the selection of the most appropriate tool and methodologies to improve efficiency with particular focus on IA based flows and automation
- Manage the team taking care about people growth and engagement with particular care to work environment
- Select future candidates to improve the work bandwidth to address future challenges. The actual team of 7 people will have to grow in the near future
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

- Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Over 10 years of experience in analog design with focus also on multi-Gbps SERDES and PHYs
- Good knowledge of analog tools (like Virtuoso and Spec
