Overview
In this role you lead Technogym’s Pilates sales network from the Cesena HQ, driving revenue and margins through a global, consultative sales approach. You will build and coach a pane of Pilates instructors, promote the Pilates business model, and support product launches with commercial actions. You’ll manage pipelines, deliver trainings, and engage prospects to grow active user counts. This is a chance to shape a scalable Pilates ecosystem globally while partnering with cross‑functional teams and customers.
Responsabilità
- Promote the Pilates business model and execute global sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets across subsidiaries and distributors
- Drive sales of Pilates equipment and solutions across market segments (studios, gyms, rehab centers, fitness professionals, hotels, private clients)
- Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships with Pilates studios, wellness centers, and fitness institutions
- Create and coordinate a national Pilates sales specialist network, organize business reviews, share best practices,
and develop action plans
- Support Pilates Sales Specialists in subsidiaries to define optimal solutions for customer needs
- Oversee delivery of solutions to maximize active users and ROI for operators
- Provide reliable sales forecasts and pipeline management
- Support product launches and upgrades with commercial initiatives and lead generation, collaborating on content (seminars, webinars, best practices)
- Build and activate a global Pilates community and act as a brand ambassador
Requisiti fondamentali
- 8-10 years of experience in the Pilates industry
- Proven sales track record in Pilates with knowledge of equipment and accessories
- Strong analytical skills for market analysis and benchmarking; excellent negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales with a consultative approach
- Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce)
