Your opportunity
As Operations Manager, you will act as the conductor of a complex industrial ecosystem, connecting people, processes, and performance to drive operational excellence across our Verona plant. Your leadership will help create a safe, efficient, and continuously improving manufacturing environment where quality and innovation move together.
Your Mission
Reporting to the VP Operations Italy within the Production Center Italy Organization, you will oversee Facility & Environment, Logistics & Material Handling, Assembly & Test, and Manufacturing activities - for Mantova and Verona plants. Working in an international and cross-functional environment, you will play a key role in strengthening plant performance, developing capabilities, and supporting Sidel’s commitment to operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Your Missions
- Lead the operations of Mantova and Verona plant, ensuring high standards in production performance, quality, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, regulations,
and applicable legal requirements across all operational activities.
- Implement and monitor quality control and traceability programs to achieve operational and customer quality objectives.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives, promoting continuous improvement across processes and teams.
- Collaborate with Sourcing, Procurement, Engineering, and Planning teams to support cost reduction and operational efficiency targets.
- Lead change management initiatives while fostering collaboration, capability development, and effective communication across functions.
Your Profile
Required Experience And Skills:
- Minimum 8⁄10 years in Manufacturing
- Experience in an international Manufacturing environment
- Technical educational background
