Our client is an international industrial technology group providing engineered equipment and solutions for process industries, with a strong presence in Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Water Treatment markets.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Business Development Manager responsible for developing new business for mixing and industrial sealing technologies , primarily in Italy and across selected European markets.
The mission is to generate new leads, acquire new customers and manage the full sales cycle , working closely with international technical and commercial teams.
Must have?
At least 5 years of experience in Technical Sales or Business Development within industrial B2B markets, with a proven hunter approach and strong technical aptitude;
Fluent English.

What does the Business Development Manager do?
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities, primarily across Italy;
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to technical-commercial negotiation and closing;
Develop sales for mixing and industrial sealing technologies ;
Build relationships with technical and purchasing stakeholders within process industries;
Collaborate with Italian and European teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and support market development;
Manage customer visits and business development activities across the assigned markets.
Ideal candidate
Technical or business education;
5+ years of experience in Technical Sales, Business Development or industrial B2B sales ;
Experience in process industries . Previous experience with mixers, sealing systems or rotating equipment is a plus;
