Your opportunity
The Mall Simon Luxury Outlets is currently seeking a Senior Leasing Manager. The position can be based either in Milan or Florence,
with the final location to be determined based on the profile and experience of the selected candidate.
The Senior Leasing Manager will manage the day-to-day leasing activities of the Mall, developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective brands and supporting the effective progression of leasing opportunities and negotiations. The role will manage the leasing pipeline from initial discussions through to agreement and signature, ensuring effective coordination with the relevant internal stakeholders, including Corporate Leasing, Finance and Legal, throughout the deal review and approval process.
