The Area Sales Manager leads and develops a team of Key Account Managers to deliver sustainable commercial results and improve outcomes for patients.
Reporting to the National Sales Director, Italy, this role translates brand and country strategy into effective field execution, strengthens account planning and customer engagement, and provides market insights to inform commercial decisions.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers, fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
Set clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and support employee growth through effective development and succession planning.
