and systems using customer technical documentation and internal engineering support • Prepare spare parts packages for initial supply in collaboration with product-specific technical departments • Evaluate costs in cooperation with purchasing, costing, and supplier management teams • Draft technical specifications and detailed commercial quotations • Oversee and coordinate order execution, ensuring on-time delivery and accuracy • Collect and analyze project information, aligning after-sales activities with contractual milestones • Maintain accurate records of quotations and orders within ERP systems • Provide excellent customer service, handling technical inquiries and support needsYOU KNOW• Degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma (preferred specializations: Mechanical) • Previous experience in xlwpduy technical-commercial back-office roles within mechanical engineering companies or steel production plant environments • Mandatory: Fluent E
