As a CREATIVE PRODUCER, you will be responsible in:
Role responsibilities:
- Support the initial scope of the Lab project (event / roundtable) providing documentation to the Head of the Lab so that a decision can be made whether to greenlight the project
- If the project is greenlight, they will be responsible for end-to-end project / event management and work closely with Head of GAC Lab to ensure impact
- Manage all project related processes and tasks, including agendas, meetings, budgets, communications etc to ensure all milestones are met.
- Drive projects forward with seamless planning and execution, including anticipating roadblocks,
resolving issues, managing stakeholders and evolving plans as required. Lead production of event-related creative assets / artefacts Interact with, manage and coordinate a wide range of cross-functional teams within Google, as well as external work streams with artists, cultural institutions, vendors etc.
- Ensure the effectiveness of the Lab's thought leadership program by conducting post-project reporting.
