COSA TI PUOI ASPETTAREYou will employed by BASF Agricultural Solutions Italy S.r.l. Managing EHS Specialist and RSPP responsabilities for BASF small sites in Italy, ensuring compliance with Italian Health & Safety legislation and internal EHS standards.Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the EHS management system, including BASF Responsible Care requirements, procedures, and governance.Promote a strong safety culture across Italian sites through EHS campaigns, training initiatives, Safety Days,
and Behavior-Based Safety programs.Monitor regulatory developments and ensure the timely implementation of required actions related to health, safety, environment, process safety, and security.Coordinate risk assessments, incident investigations, corrective actions, emergency preparedness activities, and site safety reviews.Support environmental compliance activities, including emissions, water, waste management, supplier audits, and environmental assessments.Functionally coordinate EHS representatives across sites, organize follow-up meetings, monitor action plans, and support management reviews.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external service providers, contractors, authorities, and regional EHS teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.COSA POTRESTI OFFRIRCIDegree in EHS, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field, with relevant experience in an industrial environment.3–5 years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment roles, preferably within manufacturing, c
