Position Overview
The Account Manager role is designed for an experienced professional with a proven track record in digital advertising, whether from agency, publisher, or technology vendor backgrounds.
This role combines strategic account management with commercial growth responsibilities.
The Account Manager is responsible for servicing all aspects of customer accounts and relationships. The AM will oversee campaign setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting for a large portfolio of accounts, ensuring operational excellence.
The AM will work closely and collaboratively with the Sales, Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to deliver world-class customer service and solutions to the market. The Account Manager plays an integral role in recommending and implementing strategies for driving ongoing client product needs and will be responsible for educating customers about DoubleVerify’s platform; Pinnacle and how products can be leveraged to meet their goals and objectives.

Own end to end client relationship serving as the primary contact and trusted advisor.
