Responsabilità
Lead business development initiatives to grow Xylem WSS across Europe, focusing on Industrial and Municipal verticals
Identify and develop new opportunities and strategic initiatives to expand market presence and revenue
Develop and implement go-to-market, channel expansion, and vertical growth strategies
Conduct market analysis on customer needs, competitors,
industry trends, and EU legislation to inform decisions
Forecast demand for rental assets and capital sales products
Support product line growth through strategy, pricing, and new product launches
Design customized solutions for vertical markets to maximize value
Strengthen distribution channels and partner networks to improve market penetration
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and regional teams on targeting, proposals, pricing, negotiations, contracts, and closings
Maintain European opportunity funnel with accurate pipeline visibility and follow-up
Generate reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
Post-mortem analysis on lost opportunities to improve conversion rates
Accompany regional teams on customer visits and site feasibility studies, providing technical and commercial support
Identify training needs and support capability
