You will play a key role in strengthening capabilities within the EMEA Sales force organization focus on Italian sales force by driving competence management processes, identifying skill gaps, and supporting the implementation of learning and enablement strategies aligned with regional business priorities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with EMEA Sales force organization, Zone stakeholders, management teams, P&O;, and external partners to foster continuous learning and business transformation.
