To support our continued growth, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our fast-paced,
international, and newly established office in Chiasso.
You Will
Manage clients' and suppliers' invoices, verifying their accuracy in our BeConcierge CRM and processing payments in a timely manner
Establish payments through bank transfers, ensuring adherence to payment schedules and terms
Handle banking and card payment transactions on a monthly basis
Prepare and draft monthly financial reports to support reporting and VAT claims
Apply accounting principles and techniques to maintain accurate, audit-ready financial records
Collaborate closely with the wider Finance team to resolve discrepancies efficiently and with precision
You Are
Fluent in English; good knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus
Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (or a related field)
Experienced, with at least 6-12 months in an accounting role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and
