The Customer Application Engineer is a key experienced role within the Commercial Service organization, responsible for leading the definition, preparation, and management of the technical portion of LTSA proposals, with ownership of complex scopes, cost assumptions, and customer-facing technical deliverables. As a CSA Customer Application Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Interpreting customer technical requirements,
- Defining and challenging the service Scope of Work,
- Validating assumptions for existing and new technologies,
- Ensuring cost accuracy, and identifying and mitigating technical and contractual risks.
- Partnering with commercial, sales, engineering, and regional teams to optimize proposal competitiveness and will actively support customer negotiations on technical, operational, and risk-related topics.
- Acting as a technical partner for the regional commercial team, contributing to deal strategy, driving alignment across functions, and supporting the development of competitive, risk-balanced, and customer-focused proposals. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will have
