- Install, configure, and test medical devices at customer sites
- Perform maintenance, installations, and upgrades on medical devices
- Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs to minimize equipment downtime
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users
- Document service activities, maintenance reports, and equipment status
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and internal procedures
- Train medical staff on proper operation and basic troubleshooting of equipment
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support customer needs
- Travel frequently across Italy, Switzerland, and Europe
Requirements
- Technical degree in biomedical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field
- Experience in medical device servicing is beneficial; service experience in other technical fields is welcomed
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
- Fluent in Italian
- Advanced English
- Other language skills are a strong asset, especially for cross-border collaboration
- Proactive attitude, autonomy, and customer-oriented mindset
