ABOUT THE ROLE
The Account Specialist/Manager is the local main point of contact of the Enterprise customers (Wholesale / Colo Carrier customers) in Italy.
His role consists in ensuring reactive and consistent support of the day-to-day requests from these customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Acknowledge and manage the day-to-day requests raised by the existing local customers (upgrade services, contract amendments, commercial proposals...) in collaboration with the global sales.
- Ensure the recurring renewal of the existing contracts and the timely fulfillment of any capacity available.
- Ensure the opportunities data accuracy in SFDC and coordinate the collection of internal approvals for the new orders.
