As an HR Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle and contributing to the development of our people and organization in Italy. You will work closely with employees, managers and the wider HR team, ensuring excellent employee experience while supporting the business with effective and practical HR solutions.
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating key HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to training and development, employee relations and HR administration. You will also actively contribute to HR projects aimed at improving our processes, strengthening our culture and supporting BauWatch's continued growth.
Your role is key to building a positive employee experience and ensuring that HR is a trusted and proactive partner for both employees and the business. A people-focused, hands-on and solution-oriented approach is therefore essential

- Recruitment & Selection: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding business needs and defining job profiles to sourcing, screening and interviewing.
