The Role
The Growth Marketing Lead is a hands-on individual-contributor role. You’ll work directly with our founders to find and prove the acquisition channels that will scale Glacis - running fast, structured experiments across outbound, content, partnerships, events, and messaging,
and finding what works before we commit real resources to it.
We sell AI agents for supply chain and procurement automation to operations, procurement, and supply chain leaders at mid-market and enterprise manufacturers in the US and Europe. Our motion is outbound and relationship-driven - there is no self-serve funnel. Growth here means reaching the right people, with the right message, through the right channel, and proving it works before we bet on it. This is an hands-on, experimental role - ideal for someone who loves running tests, building lean systems, and using AI to move at the pace of a much larger team.
