Overview
In this role you will lead the People & Culture function to deliver a best-in-class employee experience for onboard crew and operational teams. You will shape HR strategy aligned with Orient Express guidelines and drive end-to-end HR across the lifecycle, workforce planning, and labour relations. The position emphasizes luxury standards, guest-service excellence, and compliant, inclusive workplace culture. You will work closely with the General Manager to enable scalable people solutions and continuous improvement.

Retribuzione / Benefits

Responsabilità
- Define and deliver HR strategy aligned with corporate guidelines
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, payroll, and personnel administration
- Translate business priorities into people strategies and operational HR solutions




- Ensure adherence to brand identity and luxury positioning in culture and processes
- Maintain compliance with LQA/Forbes standards
- Co-lead workforce planning with Finance and manage department budget
- Monitor crew-related KPIs and ensure shift coverage and rest/work time compliance
- Manage industrial and union relations, including disputes and disciplinary processes
- Lead onboarding programs and support managers in fostering positive team dynamics
- Deploy initiatives to embody Orient Express values and enhance candidate/employee experience
- Ensure service continuity with Operations and adapt to peak periods

Requisiti fondamentali
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role
- Experience within luxury hospitality is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of industrial and union relations, including collective bargaining and emp
