JOB PURPOSE
We are hiring a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences that embody the Burberry brand. As a key ambassador of Burberry, the role involves building meaningful client relationships, providing expert product guidance,
and contributing to the store's success through outstanding service and commercial excellence. This position combines luxury retail expertise with a passion for craftsmanship, customer engagement, and personalised service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver an elevated and personalized client experience that reflects Burberry's heritage and values.
- Build lasting client relationships by developing a strong client book and nurturing repeat business.
- Maximize sales opportunities through expert product storytelling and tailored recommendations.
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain an inspiring, well-presented store environment.
- Efficiently process transactions, customer inquiries, and after-sales requests with accuracy and care.
- Contribute to stock management, operational excellence, compliance, and health and safety standards.
