For an innovative start-up in the health-tech sector, which is rapidly expanding and has a tangible social impact, we are looking for a:
Your role:
You will be the person who brings the project to medium and large companies, building solid relationships and promoting digital solutions that can be integrated into corporate welfare and social responsibility programmes.
You will have a real impact on the business. You will follow the entire commercial process, from opening opportunities to closing deals, liaising with HR Directors, Marketing Managers, ESG figures and Finance.
What you will do:
- develop new partnerships with structured companies;
- meet decision makers to present a high-value digital solution;
- manage complex negotiations through to contract signing;
- work closely with the team to improve approach and results.
Who we are looking for:
A person with 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably of services for HR, Marketing or ESG functions; energetic, independent, goal-oriented. Someone who knows how to negotiate with confidence, but who first and foremost knows how to listen and understand the customer’s needs.
Essential: driving licence and willingness to travel within Italy.
