The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, technically skilled, and independent professional to join our team as a Technical Service Specialist.The role combines technical support, troubleshooting, post-sales consulting, technical training, and collaboration with the Sales team. The successful candidate will become a key technical point of reference for both customers and internal teams, in Italy and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose technical issues and identify effective solutions for CIAS security systems.
- Deliver technical training and product demonstrations, both on-site and online, during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Provide technical support to the Sales team in Italy and international markets.
- Analyze technical specifications, customer requirements, and international project tenders.
- Support the Sales department during trade shows, seminars, exhibitions, and technical events.
- Work closely with R&D; and Technical Marketing to support product development and market activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of technical support processes and customer satisfaction.
