Arkage is looking for a Mid Project Manager, based in Rome, is that you?
What you do on a daily basis
- You will work within the Client Management team and report to the Head of Operations and to the Account Director, managing assigned clients and projects with a focus on effective delivery and long-term relationships.
- You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of agency projects, ensuring proper planning, task execution and delivery according to scope, timing, quality standards and agreed budgets.
- You will manage the day-to-day relationship with clients, preparing and leading operational meetings and status updates, working with minimal oversight. .
- You may be involved in pitch processes, especially in the private sector, managing the project team from brief to final presentation, and presenting the project management and delivery plan to the client.
- You will autonomously manage project budgets and cost plans, in agreement with the CX Manager,
monitoring profitability and ensuring alignment with the administrative and finance teams on billing pipeline and milestones.
- Could be requested to manage photo/video production processes or event management process.
- You will manage relationships with external suppliers involved in the project (e.g. production companies, freelancers, technical partners), overseeing timings, costs and quality of deliverables.
Who You Are (Profile & Digital Mindset)
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in digital agencies, creative environments, or corporate marketing departments, with a focus on project coordination, traffic management, or content production.
- Educational Background: A university degree or background in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or STEM.
- Proactive Problem Solver: Equipped with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to solve technical and operational challenges in a dynamic environment.
