Job Overview
We are urgently hiring a results-oriented Senior Sales Manager based in Italy, responsible for local market development, customer expansion and sales growth focusing on PV mounting, solar tracker and BIPV systems. Reporting to the regional sales team, you will deepen market penetration in the European market, build long-term strategic partnerships with key local clients, drive brand localization and sustainable sales growth, and strengthen the company's competitiveness in the European PV mounting system market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term strategic cooperation with local Italian EPCs, IPPs, power plant developers,
system integrators and distributors, establishing stable customer resources and sales channels for PV mounting and tracker business.
- Manage full-cycle business development for PV mounting systems, solar trackers and BIPV products, including demand mining, technical communication, pre-sales support, solution customization and commercial negotiation.
- Independently prepare technical proposals and commercial quotations for PV mounting and tracker projects, and collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to deliver customized integrated solutions that fit local project requirements.
- Serve as the key liaison between local clients and the global team, ensuring accurate alignment of technical requirements, project standards and European compliance specifications to support efficient PV project execution.
- Track end-to-end PV project implementation, coordinate cross-functional resources, support project delivery
