Role Description
For our Banking & Finance team, we are looking for a talented and ambitious Mid Associate to join our practice. The successful candidate will have 2-3+ years of post-qualification experience,
with a strong focus on Banking & Finance transactions, particularly corporate finance and leveraged finance, real estate finance and securitisation matters. Experience in derivatives and financial regulatory will be considered a strong advantage. Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for an engaging and business-oriented professional who will work closely with the Partner Head of the practice and play an active role in the continued growth and development of the team. We are looking for someone with the enthusiasm, energy and drive to contribute meaningfully to the expansion of the practice, helping to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 2-3+ years of post-qualification experience .
- Strong experience in Banking & Finance , with particular exposure to: Corporate Finance Leveraged Finance Securitisation and Factoring Real Esta
