Overview
In this role, you will drive growth for Pall Energy+ by developing and executing a sales plan across Southeast Europe to hit targets. You will expand market share by strengthening end-user and management relationships while promoting Pall’s energy-focused technologies and services. You’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions and move opportunities to closure, using Salesforce-based processes. This is a high-impact, customer-facing sales role with global support and a focus on life-improving technologies.

Responsabilità
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed targets in Energy+ markets
- Grow existing accounts by deepening relationships with end-users and customer management
- Promote Pall Energy+ technologies, including filters, coalescers, and housings
- Identify high-impact capacity expansion opportunities and coordinate with sales and strategy teams
- Coordinate with cross-functional Pall teams (Field Applications, Marketing, Product Management, Inside Sales) to craft and implement effective sales plans
- Report high-value opportunities and strategies using SFDC and Energy+ standard work; maintain regular customer presence and engage in high-level face-to-face interactions
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years experience selling products/services to Refinery/Oil & Gas, Chemical, or General Industrial industries
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (engineering, chemistry, biology, or technical field) or equivalent experience
- Experience in consumables sales as well as capital equipment is desired
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to travel ≈75% (overnight included) and to lift up to 50 lb
