The successful candidate will join the Proposal Department and will be responsible for preparing and developing technical and commercial proposals for tenders and energy projects,
with a particular focus on High Voltage electrical systems for both domestic and international clients.
This is a strategic pre-award role requiring the ability to evaluate costs, technical solutions, and project risks while contributing to the competitiveness and financial sustainability of project proposals., and deadlines.
Responsabilities
- Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and customer requirements
- Define the technical scope of the proposal
- Prepare bills of quantities, cost estimates, and pricing analyses
- Develop complete technical and commercial proposals, including materials, labor, engineering, and commissioning
- Evaluate project costs and profitability
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and compare proposals
- Assess technical and commercial risks associated with projects
- Prepare technical, commercial, and administrative tender documentation
- Support the Project Manager during the project handover phase
